Built in India. Now taking pilot teams.

Hire on evidence, not on a hunch.

Kenshya runs hiring from the job post to the decision. It ranks resumes, proctors the exam, interviews by voice, and shows you the proof behind every score.

  • Face verified all session
  • Every mark quotes the candidate
  • A person decides

One place, start to finish

From job description to decision.

No stitching five tools together. Each stage hands its evidence to the next.

  1. Write the job

    Role, must-haves, good-to-haves, pass mark.

  2. Share it

Ready posts and tracked links for six channels.

  3. Collect applications

One public page. Resume upload, nothing to install.

  4. Rank resumes

Scored against your must-haves, with the lines quoted.

  5. Proctored exam

Timed MCQs with the face checked from login to submit.

  6. AI interview

Spoken questions that follow up on real answers.

  7. You decide

Forward, hold or reject. Software never does it for you.

Jobs and resumes

Know who to test before you test anyone.

  • Post once, share everywhere. Kenshya writes the post for LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, WhatsApp and email, each with its own tracked link.
  • Resumes scored on your criteria. Every must-have gets a mark and the sentence from the resume that earned it.
  • A ranked list, split at your pass mark. Invite the top of it to the exam, one by one or in bulk.

The MCQ exam

A timed test that knows who is taking it.

  • Questions drafted for the role. AI writes a first set from the skills you named. You edit, add your own, and approve.
  • One link per candidate. They register a face photo once and sign in with email or phone. No government ID is collected.
  • Nothing is lost. Answers save as they go, and a dropped connection resumes on the same question with the clock intact.
  • System check first. Camera, lighting, fullscreen and a single screen are confirmed before the timer starts.

Proctoring

It watches the whole session, and saves the proof.

The face is checked from the first second to the last, not once at the door. Every flag comes with what the reviewer needs to judge it.

Identity

  • Same face all session
  • A different person
  • Liveness challenge
  • Photo or screen held up tuning

Attention

  • Looking away
  • Frequent glances
  • A glance, then an answer
  • Face covered
  • Left the frame

Surroundings

  • More than one person
  • Phone in view tuning
  • Second monitor
  • Split screen

Browser

  • Switched tab or app
  • Left fullscreen
  • Copy attempt
  • Screen captured before a flag
  • Live wall

Every candidate in a sitting, on one screen, as it happens.

  • Top moments

Review opens on the few seconds that matter, not hours of video.

  • Your call

An integrity score guides the reviewer. It never fails anyone alone.

Checks marked tuning are shown to reviewers as evidence and do not affect a score until real sessions prove them.

The AI interview

An interviewer that listens, then asks why.

  • Spoken, both ways. Questions are read aloud and candidates answer by voice, in the browser.
  • Follow-ups from their own words. It picks the most specific thing they said and digs one level deeper.
  • You approve the plan. Topics, opening questions and what a strong answer looks like are locked before anyone is invited.
  • Recorded and replayable. Jump to the moment any mark was earned.
Interview reportSample answers
Interviewer

Tell me about a time you used SQL to answer a business question.

Candidate

I built a weekly sales report and found about four percent duplicate orders in the north. I wrote a query with row number to remove them before the numbers went to finance.

Interviewer

Why row number, and not a self-join?

Candidate

A self-join was slow on that table, and row number let me keep the earliest order in each group.

Pick a mark to see the words behind it.

Kept apart from the scorePaused about 4 seconds before each of 6 answers.

Built to be fair

Six rules the software cannot break.

  • Words only

It never scores a face, an expression or a tone of voice.

  • No quote, no mark

A mark whose quote was never said is thrown out.

  • People decide

Nothing moves a candidate forward or out except a person.

  • Off-limits questions

Never age, family, religion, caste, health, politics or pay.

  • Consent first

Candidates agree before the camera or microphone turns on.

  • Data that leaves

Designed to delete a candidate's data a week after their last stage.
